Nuka - Misty battle

here's my entry into the NFC DYON contest, NUKAAA!!!!
Done totally in Photoshop 7 with my tablet.
Heres the entry info.

Full Name: Hikinara Nuka

Age: 19

Gender: Male

Village: Mist

Family History: Nuka's parents were killed in a mission over 12 years ago, and he and his older brother Tetsu have been living happily together since then. Nuka's parents were both Jounin, during the war many casualties happened, and they were only some of the few. Nuka and Tetsu were proud their parents died defending the country they love and live in.

Personal History: Nuka graduated top in his class and is still a member of team 4. His Sensei Kazuya ( [link] ) was in the same grade as Tetsu, and treats Nuka like a little brother, making fun of him quite often. Nuka still carries the scars and Seal from about 9 years ago, it was amystery how he aquired them after he went missing for 4 days. The seal is still inactive and has never caused him problems. He's a Chuunin level now, all his team passed the exams first go, and have been doing high level missions since.

Personality: Nuka's always cheerful and looks on the brighter side of things. He's one of the more popular Chuunin, and not much can get him down. He's always looking for new things to learn and improve his current level of skill and Justu's. Despite his dramatic past he's incredibly positive.

Weapon of Choice: Kunai and normal shuriken

Jutsus: Water based attacks are his forte. Creating mist to limit his enemy's view and disorientate them. Freezing water around a basic Kunai or Shuriken to create extra reach, which he can alter in a split second.

Genjutsu: Nuka is quite inexperience in Genjutsu, and prefers to stick to what he already knows. He is willing to learn it eventually.

Taijutsu: Due to his Bloodline limit he needs to get into close combat or close enough to touch them with water. His taijutsu skills are above his other peers, his hardworking attitude and combination of water manipulation and Taijutsu is a deadly weapon. He always carries a container of water with his incase he's in a really dry area.

Advanced Bloodline : Touch of Frost - The Hikinara Clan has special Chakra that can manipulate liquid in all it's forms, they can boil it, freeze it and vaopur it weather it's in the atmosphere, river or in an enemy's body with a single touch. Freezing water takes alot less Chakra than boiling, so he tends to create ice based attacks, and only boils water when it's absolutley necessary.

Likes: Nuka's favourite passtime is training with his team mates , and he has a bit of a sweet tooth. His favourite drink is Strawberry Milkshake and his favourite food is Dango.

Dislikes: His sensei's drinking habits and his sudden chat session with other Jounins. He doesn't see the point in training if full attention isn't going to be paid. He also hates being woken up early, and really dislikes Fire type Jutsu's.

Future Dreams/Goals/Hopes: Basically to see the world and everything in it. He's got an urge to leave the Mist and witness other cultures and villages. Before that, he wants nothing more than to serve his own village.

Extra Information:
The necklace he wears is actually something his mother left with Tetsu before going on their last mission. It's a droplet of pure water, which cane be made into any shape the wearer desires. Tetsu gave it to Nuka on his 18th Birthday.
Nuka's clothing serves him a practical use, noth his covered cshoes and gloves are made from thermal material to keep his extremities warm. Even his hands and feet can get numbingly cold if he uses his freeze jutsu too much.
